So I filed a dispute with my bank and got my full refund back! The company is now begging me to send back the wig which I will but contact your bank in the event this company does not want to give you your full refund back. I think it's awful this company is allowed to conduct any business at ALL! I hope this helps every and anyone else!I ordered wig in the middle of September but did not receive wig until ending of October after numerous emails going back and forth. When product arrives it was not as described or pictured. Hair was poor quality and not human at all. I reached out to the company but was not going to wait all 24 hours for a response and especially after all the bad reviews I came across. I decided to contact my bank and file a dispute. Will keep you updated as to the outcome. In the meantime DO NOT purchase from this company! You can get a better wig at your local beauty store! Charging me 324.00 for this trashy wig is horrendous!

“Good luck! I am on about email45 with their email robots. You will not see a refund. My wig looked nothing like the picture, did not fit and is not made of human hair like I ordered! Call your bank and dispute the charges. It is the only way we can shut them down! I also filed a complaint with a worldwide org. That polices internet fraud.”

“100% TRUE Do not buy from them. Product is nothing like the pic or the colour it was portrayed to be! Missing clip to secure and just looked like a dead piece of fur. Have been trying to get an address for refund and they keep trying to bargain with us. The topper was $135CAN, they have so far offered up to $44. Over 100 emails back and forth. I was about to buy a wig but looking at reviews but 90% is negative? Wow, I never saw such low reviews. Why so low?
“I wanted to do the same thing, But i was too late. Be glad you didnt order. I had to contact them 4 times before they sent out my order. And when i received it it was a fully synthetic wig and not human hair at all. Im so sad about the money I lost...”
“Because the product is garbage and they have no customer service and they do accept returns once you pull the address out of them. But it cost $65 to send back cause they want tracking on it. Be for warned”
